This event has been rescheduled. Be on the lookout for new dates coming soon.

Free Power of Attorney, Medical Directive, to protect your college bound child. Prepared while you wait in our Brandon office.

By Appt ONLY: Appointments between 10am–3pm on Friday, July 12 and Saturday July 13

Is your Child going off to college? As a Parent you are hopeful that nothing bad will happen to your child. Yet, many Parents do not recognize an important fact until it is too late. When your Child turned 18, you are no longer their legal guardian. In case of any EMERGENCY, you may be denied critical information regarding your Child’s medical condition or other serious situation.

Our law firm, Hemness Faller, understands the importance of PROTECTING our family members by securing a solid foundation with valid, enforceable legal documents. As Parents we forget that our younger adults need these important legal documents also.

There are a limited number of appointments between 10 am and 3 pm on Friday, July 12 and Saturday July 13, when we will prepare a free Power of Attorney and Medical advance directive . These restrictions apply: 1) By appointment only; 2) For persons going off to college and between the age of 18-21.

Once you obtain your ticket, you must contact our office to receive your specific time slot. Please email frontdesk@hemnesslaw.com.
