Danielle Faller, Esquire

Danielle Faller is a Board Certified Elder Law attorney at Hemness Faller Elder Law.  She practices in the areas of asset protection planning, Medicaid eligibility planning, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and trust administration. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in May 2013 and graduated cum laude from the University of North Florida in 2010 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English.  Danielle is currently serving as Director of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, Director of Animal Care Trust, USA, and Treasurer of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.  She is also a Director of our local area agency on aging, Senior Connection Center.  In 2021, she was named Member of the Year by the Elder Law Section and has been listed as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine for the past five years.

 

When she is not advocating for the elderly, she enjoys spending her time representing and volunteering for 4 Lucky Dogs Pet Rescue and has even had a television appearance encouraging individuals to plan for their pets in their estate planning documents.  Danielle is a native Floridian and was born in Eustis, Florida.  She now lives in Plant City with her rescue dogs, Harvey Dent and Ruger.

Publications

In 2014, Danielle co-authored a book with Attorney Alan Gassman of Gassman Law Associates entitled “The Florida Legal Guide for Same Sex Couples” which discusses the many changing areas of law in a Post-DOMA America and how lawyers and advisors should be counseling their same sex couple clients.
