Since she began practicing law in 1995, Attorney Hemness has remained dedicated to service in the areas of elder law and estate planning. Serving as the Florida Bar Elder Law Section Chair as well as the President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, she continues to show again and again her commitment to excellence in this area of the law. Furthermore, she remains a staunch supporter of seniors in her community as she serves on the board for the local Area Agency on Aging and chair of the Senior Connection.
