Can I name more than one person as agent?
You are permitted to name more than one individual as an agent under your power of attorney. However, you should defiantly consult with another law attorney about who and how many agents you want to name in the document. As a number of complications can arise. Two agents who disagree can create the need for a guardianship, or individuals who have been granted joint authority might not be able to work together to get business taken care of for you.
